1. Eligibility

EHC Sport offers a 30-day returns and refund policy for all products purchased on our website. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached.

2. How to Return a Product

To return a product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for a return:

Products that have been used or damaged
Products that are not in their original condition
Products that do not have all tags and packaging still attached
